This month's educational topic is:

Inspection of house barges and boat houses, led by our local expert Gary Maksym. Take advantage of his many years of experience as an inspector and contractor working in waterfront areas!

"How do YOU report it?"
In our continuing effort to provide quality education for members that will benefit both the seasoned and novice inspectors, we have developed a new concept for this year which should prove to be both informative and enjoyable.

We will be viewing photos and discussing in detail the different ways of reporting common items, defects, things we're not sure of, etc.
The reporting aspect is vital, since as we all know identifying the defect is not enough - it has to be reported clearly, accurately and in a manner which protects the inspector to the maximum level possible.
